Anshuma Vijay
CEO
Anshuma Vijay is the Founder and CEO of Zillion Solutions Group, a company based in Toronto, Canada, specializing in tax advisory, compliance, and talent development services. Since launching Zillion Solutions in 2022, she has supported over 200 small and medium-sized businesses across North America. Anshuma is known for her leadership in developing the Zillion Talent Lab, a fast-growing platform that trains and places tax professionals into the workforce, addressing real-world tax compliance challenges. Prior to this, she founded EdKranti, an educational initiative empowering girls through skill-based learning and entrepreneurship training in India and Singapore. She holds professional qualifications from India’s Institute of Chartered Accountants and Institute of Company Secretaries and is also engaged in sustainability initiatives as an ESG enthusiast. Her work has gained international recognition, including invitations to present at Harvard University and Chulalongkorn University in Thailand.

With over 40 years of distinguished corporate experience atJK Cements, where he headed the Purchase and Acquisition Department, he brings unparalleled expertise in corporate operations, legal compliance, and strategic procurement.
At the age of 55, Mr. Vijay embarked on a rewarding teaching journey, mentoring aspiring CA, CS, and ICWA professionals. His dedication and exceptional teaching methods have resulted in an impressive 95% first-attempt pass rate among his students.

Early Years
Began professional education with ICAI (Institute of chartered Accountants of India)and ICSI(Institute of company secretaries of India),joined as an intern and later as a Audit Assistant for national banks in India including Bank of Baroda, central bank of India, punjab national bank of India ,bank of Maharashtra
2014
It all began with this small room at my parents place in my village Khanpur, Haryana, where I founded EdKranti (Education venture) to bring professional educational opportunities for girls in my community.
Challenge
– Overcame significant cultural resistance, where girls were discouraged from pursuing professional education, often leading to early marriages and limiting their role in contributing to economic stability.
– Tackled the challenges of promoting education in a region known for one of the country’s lowest sex ratios, where professional education opportunities were scarce.
Solution
Developed a comprehensive model from scratch that combined professional education with a tailored curriculum designed to prepare students for the workforce. Successfully integrated over 1,500 students into the job market, overcoming significant cultural and logistical challenges.
